It is possible that the Board will take formal action on any of the items on the agenda or any other item that comes before it in the board meetings. All meetings may include an executive session to discuss confidential matters, personnel matters, negotiations, security arrangements or investigations, property interest transactions, attorney conferences regarding legal advice, or items concerning mandatory nondisclosure.
