The Old Clay Interceptor (OCI) and the Cooper Slough Interceptor (CSI) are two sewers that serve the northeast portions of the District. This project will combine these sewers and realign the route. The existing 24-inch line will be replaced with a 30-inch PVC line.
The purpose of this project is to ensure adequate capacity for future growth. The project area will be between Mulberry Street and Prospect Road, just west of I25. The actual route it will take and its impact on nearby properties will be announced as we gather more information.
Project Date:
The planning stages for this project will begin in 2024. Construction is tentatively to start in 2025 and may reach completion in 2026.
